Not to steal your thread but how would I eliminate the "contact us" option entirely? I don't need or want this on the site.

Moving this to its own thread as the one you posted in was 4 years old To remove the contact us form, simply remove all the links to it

Actually I was hoping there was some easier way, like a checkbox somewhere that I missed.

Question...why would you want to remove that? It is a key way for your customers to get in touch with you? Rarely do you see an e-commerce site without one...

The main site already has "about us, feedback, privacy statement, etc.".

I would just disable the "help" section altogether except I need some of the static pages. The x-cart is to be a real simple "no frills" addon to the main site, simply a place to sell some of the products produced. I already don't need "categories", "manufacturers", "gift certs", "wishlist", "reccommends", "related", "bestsellers", and "send to a friend", so all that leaves is the cart, featured products, newsletter, and "your account".

Ah, didn't realize it was tacked on to an existing site. Just comment out or remove the links to sections you don't need, or disable the modules in the 'modules' area.

Yeah, I've been doing a lot of that... just looking for an easier way
