Default Mfg Image
Is there a way to center the mfg image? It aligns top/left by default and I would like to center it. You may see it here

if so, what file do I need to modifiy and what to add where.

Open the site in webmaster mode. Find the template in question, open it up and see how it is set up. Adjust accordingly
