Cool Install this Product for me? option
Can i ask if there is a mod or a work around so to have a customer option whereby if required they can opt to have a product installed for them.

These lovely people have it here and it is called 'Install this Product for me?' and it updates the price as well.

That would be a product option. Check the manual for how to add options/variants and you'll be all set.
