Where ever $lng.txt is used and refer to some txt like {$lng.txt_provider_zone_welcome_note}, where is the actual text that you need to modify in order to change, in this example the welcome message on the main provider page?

The text is stored in the database. You can modify the text by going into admin console, going to languages and then in the first drop-down box (I think it is language) select the language (i.e. English). Then you can do a search for some of the text to find the correct one to modify.

Another way is to go into admin mode and then simply click on the text and it will bring up a window so you can change the text there.

Thanks, the Language area has all that there, I didn't notice there were more pages and the first page had only country specific stuff.
