I have looked high and low and stared at every screen I can find. I was wondering if someone could help me change put my logo on our invoice.

In the future, you could find this out yourself if you simply use "webmaster mode" in the admin. Find the template you need, look at what's going on, make your changes...

Without webmnaster mode, there's no way a newbie can know where every item lives... but with...

Would webmaster mode show whats going on on an invoice?

If it's on-screen, webmaster mode will tell you how it got there.

I am CONSTANTLY using it, for all kinds of things...

Xcart uses skin1/mail/html/templates to serve as both what is displayed on-screen as well as emailed invoices.

Read the link that Padraic gave you. Use webmaster mode. You'll be a master soon.
