How you I change the front size and colour of the Speed Bars?

In /skin1/skin1.css...

Change the Style sheet where classes are like:
TabLeftSide
Tab
TabRightSide
TabSide
TabLeftCorner
TabCenter
TabCorner
TabRightCorner

I'm using the neon-light template. Does changing information in skin1.css changes the outlook of the site seeing that i'm using the neon light template?

I have found it. It is the skin1_c.css template file. I got the colour to change but not the size of the text.

It has to be there somewhere, that would be according to the template though. You can find the Classes (css) within the templates you are trying to change. For example for speedbar it would be in /skin1/customer/top_menu.tpl and in /skin1/customer/tab.tpl at least for the default template, not sure about yours.
