![]() Excuse me if I am a bit naive, I am not really a programmer and am still ramping up on my understanding on hour X-Cart works. I want to change the background on my vertical category menu from just a plain black to a bevelled button look and was wondering how to go about it. What I had in mind was something that looked like this.

![]() You'd simply use CSS to style the background of the class you are using for the vertical menu items. Have a look at a good CSS book, or the W3C.org site for some good tutorials on the ins and outs of CSS. Moving this to Template Editing.
