I have installed my xcart - with relatively no problems. I choose the default color scheme of orange/yellow. I now want to change it to blue.

I did a search on your forums on color changes and i think the answer is i will need to change it on each individual template - is that correct? Or is there one place that i change change it to blue?

Any help would be appreciated to this newbie

Hi Lisa, all of the colors are controlled by the master stylesheet - skin1.css. Have a look in the manual and it will explain it a bit better. You can use webmaster mode to determine which template is which, view the template to see what the style is and then change that style in the stylesheet.

Hi checked the manual ... it only makes reference to the the colrs being chosen when you install. I had someone come and help me and it seems to have all worked out.

I changed it from Orange to Blue. However, as soon as i go into the webmaster mode, all of my text reverts back to what it was when i had a orange scheme. As soon as i leave the webmaster mode, it goes back to the blue scheme ... strange don't you think?

Webmaster mode changes the color of the text to green to show you that it is editable.....ignore any formatting you see in webmaster mode
