I am getting a lot of errors due to the fact that people are not filling in the CCV2 Info.

Where It says Credit card Information I was going to add some help information. However I cannot find the page.

It is below the modify button and above the customer notes.

Any help on finding that page would be great. I thought it may be a label but in that location I do not think it is.

There should already be a pop up that shows the end user what to look for in order to enter the correct code at the end of checkout process when using credit card.

They can get there by clicking the questionmark next to CVV2 can't they?

At least that is the way it used to be.

If not, I have an old hack where you can add a page for details, but this was an added featire quite some time ago to stop these types of issues.

Yes, you would think that pop-up would be enough for the customer. However I am getting 3 or 4 a week with the same error. I wll run the pages thriugh homsite and see if I can find the page I need to modify. Homsite should find the words Credit card information in a few mininutes.

I appreciate you help in this matter. Without this forum I would be completely lost.

Thought you wanted a mod to do what was already done!

You can post all you want, but idiots are born and cannot be taught anything. I still have issues with people that cannot make easy purchases without screwing stuff up all of the time. Unless you guide them in with neon signs, there will always be those with the dear in the headlight look.

Thanks, That is what I needed. I put in red letters CCV2 must be filled out before purchase is accepted.
