Is there such a thing as a map of which templates are responsible for which parts of a page?

I want to add something to the "Help" section on the front page. I've managed to work out what template this is, and added the appropriate code but it links to the wrong page.

I want 2 sets of terms and conditons for 2 very different product ranges, but I cannot work out how to create a 2nd set and point to it. If there was a nice graphical illustration of which templates did what it might make it easier.

Any help to the Terms and Conditions problem or a pointer to such a graphical illustration much appreciated.

if you switch on the debug console from general settings of the admin area it will list all the templates used on each page
