I know I have asked this question before.. and I have read most of the forum regarding this topic.

However all the solutions posted didn't work for me..

I would like to remove the Quantity from the site.. when people click on the "Add to Cart" I want it to default it to just 1

Signature is Wrong.. I'm curently using Version 4.0.16

I can't find which code to replace.. in the the code in that thread is different from my..

That is because that is the wrong product.tpl. You want customer/main/product.tpl, not main/product.tpl.
