Default Creating thumbnail images in shopping cart and wish list
I can't seem to find a page in the admin where I can set my shopping cart and wish list products to a thumbnail size instead of the full size images that are showing up. Any answers for this? Happy Holidays!

You need to actually adjust the code on the template pages for those - customer/main/cart.tpl and modules/Wishlist/wl_products.tpl
