What file contains code that turns on webmaster mode?

I deleted a piece of code from a specific file (can't remember which one), now, even though webmaster mode isn't set to on, the loaded templates window appears.

Of course I can manually delete that code, I just need to know what file contained the call that includes the debug_template.tpl file.

You sure you don't just have the debug console turned on in General Settings?

Ah, I thought that was turned on by webmaster mode and that after I edited a bunch of tpl files, it automatically turns on all the time.

Where would us newbs be without you balinor?
