Default valign=TOP? For all main column tpl inserts
I have a long right column due to custom HTML I put in that column. For many pages where the main column holds a small amount of data like in 'view cart' (cart.tpl) the main column valign to middle by default. Where do I set the valign=TOP so that most my pages will valign to top in the center (main) column?

By default the centre column has this code in. It should be in customer/home.tpl

look for the cell command before
it should look like this:
