Default Mandatory fields on checkout
When a new customers goes through checkout, First Name and Last Name fields are marked as mandatory in the Shipping Address area of the profile. I would like to make input to these fields optional. I have looked in General Settings/User Profiles but cannot see these fields there.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?

I believe this issue was sorted in 4.0.14.....
