Centre Pane Background Colour

Just starting to modify ccs and templates. The background colour to the categories in the 'centre' (not vertical menu)of the pane remains white I cannot see this item in the ccs file. Please could someone direct me to where this is specified.

Well I did think that and set the background colour in css

}
.DialogBox {
BACKGROUND-COLOR: #59A3EB;
}

but still its white

Another suggestion?

Did you make any edits to dialog.tpl?

That a custom skin? Looks like you modified dialog.tpl somehow and lost the class reference. Not sure what is up with the category imgages....you said they are showing up on the admin side?
