Function is executible?
Hi I am getting this warning at the top of my page I am wondering how ti fix the error
Warning: is_executable() [function.is-executable]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/bin/openssl) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/migrate.a2/web:/home/kmleo06:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/kmleo06/public_html/shop/xcart/include/func/func.files.php on line 252 Thanks Kim

There seem to be a restriction set on your server (open_basedir). Please contact your hosting admins regarding this matter. Alternatively, you can change the Preferred HTTPS module from Openssl to e.g. libCurl on the General settings page.
