Pending Status
Hi,
We are using XC 4.5.5 with OPC and XP 4.5.5 with PayPal Payments Pro Payflow. When a credit card transaction is made in XP the status is 'Pending' and Description is 'Temporary order'. What do we need to do to get the payment through? |

First of all you need to update X-Payments connector in your X-Cart 4.5.5. See http://forum.x-cart.com/showthread.php?t=69505

Also, I've just tried to place a test order as "Alex Tester" and I've got an error message:
The payment processing system is temporary unavailable due to an internal error. What do you see in X-Payments logs? See http://help.x-cart.com/index.php?title=X-Payments:FAQ#Where_can_I_find_X-Payments_logs.3F to understand how to find them.

Hi Alex,
I've installed the X-payments connector as per your suggested thread above. We are still getting the same error message. There are isn't a log file in '<xcart-dir>/var/log' starting with 'x-errors_xpay_connector'. There are other log files but none for xpay_connector? Thanks for your help. |

Someone was testing "X-Cart Mobile" extension with RIM Tablet and corrupted its config file by adding an empty line at the end of the file.
Test config file was left in production and prevented X-Payments connector from connecting to X-Payments. Joss fixed that by removing the empty line.
