I'm looking for a Product Q&A add on for XCart Classic pretty much like the one CFL systems offers (https://www.cflsystems.com/product-questions-and-answers-for-x-cart-classic.html) but their website doesn't seem to be working.


I falls over when you try to purchase the add on and their support system crashes when you try to raise a ticket.


The last notification on their account is their Christmas 2019 closing dates. Does anyone know if they are still around?

What is crashing when you try to open a ticket? It all works on my end.

When I tried to register to submit a ticket I got an error message but can't remember what and as its all working now it doesn't really matter.


So if I want the add on with installation I order that via X-Cart and it is X-Cart that will do the installation?

You can open a ticket at https://www.cflsystems.com/support and I can send you an invoice for the module + installation if that's what you want.
You can purchase online from the marketplace if that's easier for you.
You can have XC install the module or contact me to install it for - either way.
Whatever works best for you.
