Thanks Alex. How this affects XC, X-Payments and other on- off- site payments? The article is for POS systems or systems that deal with card being physically there.
So should we be aware of anything XC related, apart from the obvious - secure your system

This does not have anything to do with X-cart or ecommerce platforms.
Unless you have a networked POS system integrated with X-cart, you probably can ignore.

Yep, this is an announcement about POS systems mostly. I know many of X-Cart merchants run brick-n-mortar stores, too so I decided re-posting it here should be a good idea to spread the word further.
