Can't use simple domain(www.cdworlds.comm) it auto use secure domain(secure.cdworlds.com). somebody have solution to use simple domain(www.cdworlds.com)?

Now I cannot reach both: http://secure.cdworlds.com/ and http://www.cdworlds.com/
Are you sure that the problem is not in your domain name settings?

I just made one more test and it looks like your home page goes down for some reason.
Your home page is blank
https://secure.cdworlds.com/cart.php

but admin page can be opened:
https://secure.cdworlds.com/admin.php

Could you please let me know if you have any errors in the <X-Cart 5>/var/log folder? If it is empty, can you please look into Apache logs and let me know if there are any errors there?

Hi Chheang!

I temporarily increased the memory to 512M on your hosting and it fixed the problem. Your store started loading correctly. Then, I returned memory_limit to 256M as it was before and the problem did not come back.

If you experience this problem anytime in the future, please let me know.

and link secure (https://secure.cdworlds.com/admin.php) can access admin page. please help me about error

I don't see any error on the mentioned URL - the regular log-in form is shown there.
Have you managed to fix the problem?
Or does the problem appear after you log in with your correct email/password?

My site error then before I log in. after i type http://www.cdworlds.com/admin.php it not show log in page and I type https://secure.cdworlds.com/admin.php it show log in page it can access admin page.

The site tries to redirect to the login page two times and then stops with the error message. What did you specify in the '[host_details]' section in your [xc5]/etc/config.php file?
