User to change password on next login

Default User to change password on next login
Hi all just wondered if iam missing something, i have created a test user account for myself and ticked the box user to change password on next loggin.
I clear all my cookies etc and then when i login iam not asked to changed my password it just allows me to login as normal.

Just wondered if iam doing something wrong!!

I had the same issue as well, maybe a bug in 4.4.1?
