Not sure what the heck is going on but the menus appear just fine in Firefox but they do not appear in IE8 (this is only on the store home page - they appear fine on all other pages within the store).

I cannot figure out if I deleted something while editing the templates but it seems strange that it works with one browser and not another.

This is a new install of X-Cart 4.2.2

Any help would be appreciated

I had a problem with IE8 and the page layout with our store. See this post:

It's unlikely its missing in IE8.
More than likely one of your css things is pushing it off the viewable page.

Use IE8's developer console to edit the css and figure out what's causing it.
