Default copy contact form?
I want to copy the functionallity of the contact form to make a 'get a quote form'. Easy, hard, get a pro?

Hi Ashley

Depends on your php skill level really.

Some other solutions, depending on what you need exactly - you could use the direct product enquiry mod as a basis - this being for individual products.

If I need another form on a site, I just use a static page and create a new one using standard email forms.

Guess I could just make my own. I really want to learn how to manipulate x-cart tho. damn thing is a bear.

PS: The reason we want to use the x-cart contact us form is because it is using captcha.

I have some bozo using a parts request form on a static page to spam out "FREE HOT PORNO VIDEO!!!!"

I did some in depth research LOL. Found there to not be any actual videos but endless links to another page that sends to another page and so on and so forth.

Soooo no VIDEOS and no Captcha.

Did you find an easy solution for this? I tried to create a new form in xcart by copying contact us so that users could send suggestions for inventory additions....it caused a small explosion..lol.

There should be a built in functionality to create forms etc in X-Cart what do you guys think??
