Make Buy Now Button become "Customize" for Product with Options

Default Make Buy Now Button become "Customize" for Product with Options
We have certain products that have many product options. I'd like to change the "Buy Now" button to something like "Customize Now" for all products that have options. How do I do that?

I know it's something like:
if product has options
use this button

However, I'm concerned that this may effect more than one template. Anyone done this?
