Default Adding checkbox to final stage of checkout
Hi,

I need to add a checkbox at the point the customer completes order that they must select to confirm they have read and agree to the terms of sale & shipping. By default it states that by clicking submit they agree to the terms but I would like to make it a requirement that they have a box to check.

Anyone know if this is a simple addition? Can I just use basic HTML to display this or is it more involved?
