"Quantity" drop-down box in the "Featured Products" page...

Default "Quantity" drop-down box in the "Featured Products" page...
Hi guys,

I just noticed on the main "Featured Products" page, some items would have the "Quantity" drop-down box but others do not. Is it because these items have product options/variants, that's why they do not have the "Quantity" box?
