One of my clients has about 4000 emails in his DB...

Everytime he tries to send the newsletter to the DB it gives this error..

How do I successfully send the newsletter..?

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://bollywoodquarter.com/admin/news.php

The following error was encountered:

    * Zero Sized Reply

Part of your issue could be to do with the .htaccess restriction on the site with the password prompt.

Are you trying to run the newsletter from inside his admin area (while logged in) or trying to run it through an external script? Also, is the return error immediate, or after a while?

There should be some logs created in your mail software to show what attempts and what processes were running when trying to execute.

Hi Thanks for the reply.

You know I am just using the inbult x-cart newsletter module to send out the emails.

When I press the send button it starts sending (I know this as I get some bounced messages but I don't see anything on the screen) then comes back with the error message that I mentioned earlier.

Not sure why it is not working...
