Rating system - 1-10 instead of 1-5?

Default Rating system - 1-10 instead of 1-5?
Hi
I am trying to get the rating system to show as 1-10 instead of the 1-5.
I also need it to round upwards, so if it is rated 9.6 in total, the rating would be "10" ( only whole stars ). Anyone tried to do this and know how?
I tried searching around for it, but could not find anything.
