Hello,
I have a basic contact us set up with just name and email needed to submit it. However, I would like the have another contact us page (to cancel and order) that has that info and "additional fields" like "order number" etc.. Is this possible to do? Perhaps editing the contactus.tpl by making a new one contactusreturn.tpl. But then how could I make the fields active and work through the X-cart admin..

I'd just put in a different contact form all together. Tons of them available on hotscripts.com

Balinor, what's wrong with Taltos idea?
It makes sense hypothetically speaking.

Do you see problems with that?
Is it too hard to do?

You would not only need to make a new contact template, but make changes to the contact php file as well. Easier to just use a new one all together in my opinion...but feel free to try it

By the way, if you could please put your X-Cart version in your signature per the forum rules that would be great: Edit profile, enter version, enter help desk password, click the 'Always attach my signature:' box, save. Thanks!

I did try many times in the past unsuccessfully.
Until now that you mentioned to enter the helpdesk password.
