Default Admin Home+Additional gateways removal
Hi,
I want to

1- Remove "New features in X-Cart 4.1" link in admin

2- To keep just 1 Payment gateway and remove all other from the dropdown list.

You should not be using 4.1 as it is not a stable branch of X-Cart. Use 4.0.18 if you are using this for a 'real' store. 4.1 will not be stable for a few months yet.
