I've deleted a language entry by accident, and I don't know what it was.
Also, I've changed the description on some entries which I want to restore back to the original text.

How do I restore language entries to the way they were before I mucked things up??

import this sql file from the sql folder

xcart_language_US.sql

you can do this via patch upgrade section of admin area or with phpmyadmin

ah, you probably need to empty the languages table first
