Default Changing the order status word "Processed" ?
I'd like to change the order status word "Processed" into "Awaiting Fulfillment"
What do I have to do to edit it?

Default Easy fix for you.
Click on languages in the Administration panel. Choose your language from the Edit Language drop down box. Choose labels if it is not already your default topic. Then click on tab 16 in the Edit Language Entries panel (or there abouts, it is alphabetical). You will want to edit lbl_processed. Change this to Awaiting Fullfillment and click on the Apply Changes button at the bottom of the panel.
