Greetings,

I am a newbie and I posed a question last week but did not get a satisfactory answer. I have reworded it here since I think I was confusing last time.

I want to create a form to collect all the info that x-cart needs to create/process a complete order, and I want to then submit this information to the appropriate x-cart functions, just as if I did manual entry into the standard, multipage x-cart shopping cart process.

Does anyone have any advice as to where to look for this type info? I am not interested in modifying or bypassing the x-cart shopping process, just in collecting the info on one form instead of multiple forms, and then automating the submission of the info to x-cart.

look for generate html links button
click that

this will give you some sample code that you could use to see what information you need to send to xcart to get something added to the basket
