Changing the "?" from Dynamic pages .. How?

Default Changing the "?" from Dynamic pages .. How?
Hi,

I want to know how I can change the dynamic pages with the "?" to something other such as a "/".

For example:

Instead of http://www.mystore.com/products.cfm?prod_id=22343, you get a string like this: http://www.mystore.com/products.cfm/22343.

Does anyone know how I can easily do this?

So that the search engines list the site better.
I have been told that if i can change the url's from ? to / it would index better.
