Default Displaying the Checkbox Selection from Checkout on the Admin Invoice
Hi, in the checkout; there is a checkbox to ask person if he wants to subscribe to offers or not.

Based on the checkbox response; I want to display Subscription: Yes or No in the admin side of the invoice/email.

Please help me to solve this.
