i have 6 subcategories but not appear in the page.

How can I make an image appear for each subcategory without the products appearing?

hi i need to change the position of the subcategory in the category page,by using layout editor i change it, it works fine only. but....
when i rename the var folder for some issue the previous changes is not updated. what is the reason for that and how can i fix it
