When a particular product is clicked, I want a new button called 'Enquiry' beside 'Add to cart' button. That button should redirect to Contact us page. Can anyone please guide me how to do that

Although this is not something that is hard to achieve, you should create a custom module that alters a number of files.

\XLite\View\Product\Details\Customer\AddButton is the widget that renders the button. So, you are to check how this button is injected into the page and create a similar class in your custom module.
