i am not familiar with the new x-cart 5 setting and i unable to show the new arrival product on the left sidebar.
i have check the css which already have the new arrival product class, i applied on the custom css, but it seems not working for me. Any solution or guidance for that?

can you check the module is installed and active? and you have checked the settings page on the module.

Just in case, the module is Product Advisor
Also, please, make sure that you actually have some "new" products that have been created 30 or less days ago. This is the default setting that you can edit in the module configuration.(Number of days to keep products marked as new arrivals
