Folks,

We're looking for some companies that are using X-Cart as their e-commerce shopping cart and have Mail Order Manager
as their order-entry system.

These folks will be Beta testing our moduled called "BizSync for X-Cart - Mail Order Manager Edition".

This is the new version of our product and will allow people to have complete MOM integration with X-Cart allowing for
inventory updating (pricing and discounts), order downloading and a full compliment of MOM compatibility without
sacrificing X-Cart's functionality.

Beta testers are NOT required to purchase this product. However they will receive a 10% discount on the product if they
decide to purchase the product after the Beta period as a "thanks for helping" gesture.

We are looking for feedback and compatibility testing on this Beta. We're also looking for folks who are familiar with
X-Cart and more specifically know MOM fairly well.

Requirements are:

- X-Cart already installed and running
- MOM 4.3,5.4, 6.1 or MOM XL
- Must NOT be live but must be active and operational
