Add a WYSIWYG Editor

Hi all,
I'm using an old version of X-cart which is too heavilly modified to upgrade. I'm wanting a WYSIWYG editor to use in the category descriptions. Preferably with image upload, but not essential and can get away with just a text editor.

I've searched and gone no-where. Can anyone recommend a mod or solution for this.
