Default Email Message Box - Orders Management Page
A few years back we had a box on our Orders Management Page that was an email message box. You typed the message in the box and not only does it send that text to the customer's email, but it also refreshes the page showing above the text box the message you just sent.

Does anyone remember that code or who wrote it? I have been looking around here for awhile with no success.
