I'm trying to import a CSV file that i have exported from an 4.3.2. But keep getting an error when i it tries to import the USER section. Code:
Any Help?

![]() Where are you trying to import it? 4.4.x version? There is no "b_" in any of the field titles.

![]() I'm using the import/export function from both versions of X-cart. I can manually transfer the products over which isn't a problem as all the images are getting updated anyway. But i would love to keep the existing customer list.
Basically what i am doing at the moment is in 4.3.2 going to import/export -> export - leaving everything as default, ticking the users box, then clicking export. Then in 4.4.4 Im going tools -> import/export -> import - leaving everything as default, selecting load CSV from home computer. If i tick the "user" box in the import options or not i still get the same error.

![]() You can't do that. These versions have very different database structure so you can't just "copy/paste". Use the upgrade packs 4.3.2-4.4.0-4.4.4 to properly transfer database over.
