Hello,

I have one product that has 3 options to choose from. I want the customer to have those options available right on the products page, instead of having to click on the product, and then go to the product detail page to choose the options, and then click buy now, and then go to the cart.

I have enabled the "Add to Cart" button under the product, so that the item can be added to the cart directly, but then I wanted to have the 3 options available right on the same page as the item so that the customer can just "add" those options to their order, rather than having to navigate to another page.

My plan was to disable the products detail link so that the only option is "add to cart". But then I'm not sure how to get the options available on the same page.

I guess this is 2 questions - the first is how to disable the product details link, and the second is how to add the options to the product on the same page as the product.

Has anyone had to do this, and if so, could you tell me what you did?

To disable the details link you have to edit the template - either products_list.tpl or products_t.tpl - and comment out the link. To bring the product options to products list pages is not an easy task, changes to php scripts and templates are required here
