Just curious if anyone know what is it or what had caused this problem:

I have found it in admin area under the php errors.

That means it can't read the file it is mentioning. Be sure it exists, and if it doesn't, re-upload that file from your distribution kit. Also, please be sure to update your forum signature with your X-Cart version per the forum guidelines. Thanks!
