I'm having an issue where the orders in the store are processing but no download links are being issued. They are not on the confirmations screen or in the confirmation email being sent.

When I generate one manually I get this error when trying to download.

Warning: fopen() [function.fopen]: Filename cannot be empty in /home/digiscra/public_html/store/modules/Download_Expander/download_main.php on line 144

Any idea's on what the problem is?
