Hi All,

I am looking for a little help here. I don't know if I am doing this the best way.
I am working on a gift site and the client wants the ability to have the customer add a personal gift message to orders.

In the categories section for the product I created a new option group that is a custom text field. Everything seems to be working fine and doing what I want but the option boxes to be expandable -like the boxes used when working on a detailed product description- by default they appear as one line- is there a way to make them multi lined?
This way the person can see what they are typing into the box as they go along. similar to how the detailed description boxes are set up on the admin side of things when you add a product.

I thought I might see something in modules/product options/customer_options.tpl that let me do this but I did not. Is there a way to do this or am I approaching this the wrong way?

I also tried creating an extra field but could not figure out how to make that into an option that allows for a custom text field box- is there away to do this?
