Where and how can I change the name of the session id so it doesnt say xcart?

I just did a search of the xcart files for XCARTSESSID and it came up with lots of results so it seems it would be a pain to change this.

I agree it would be better though if the word xcart did not exist at all in the session name or throughout the site really
