I'm sorry guys I don't know alot of code so editing this has been a huge learning curve. I've figured out most of what I need to do except how the hell do I cange the colors of the "Catagories" "Your Cart" "Bestsellers" from that freakin blue! Any help would be much appreciated.

All the colors are controlled in the main stylesheet - skin1.css. Simply use a tool like Firebug to see what class something is, and then change it

ive changed every color in there #FFFFFF and the menus are still blue

Perhaps you can post a screenshot or urls as to what you are referring to? And have you cleared your template cache (Summary/Tools)?
