Is there a file size limit on the amount of text that can be added to the
conditions.tpl and/or conditions_customers.tpl?

I can successfully add about 10-15 lines of text. If there is more, when it saves the file it sticks in "filebody=" and repeats all the text over again.

Repeated attempts always seem to produce the same result whether I insert the text into conditions.tpl and/or conditions_customers.tpl.

Deleting the repeated stuff doesn't help as it gets inseerted again when saved.

Would greatly appreciate any help.

If yuo have problems you could always add the code straight into the skin1/help/conditions.tpl file

I'll give that a try. I assume that you mean to modify the file locally and upload it rather than messing with the edit template function on the xcart menu.
